License
CalfBoss is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the Standard EULA). The terms below add to it. Where they differ, the Standard EULA wins.
Subscription
CalfBoss requires an auto-renewing subscription. There is no free trial and no free version.
- Plans: Yearly or weekly subscription; the price shows in the app before you pay.
- Payment: charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- Renewal: the subscription renews automatically at the same price for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your Apple Account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- Cancel: any time in iPhone Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions, or in the app under Settings › Subscription › Manage subscription. Access continues until the end of the period you paid for.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its rules: reportaproblem.apple.com.
- When a subscription ends, the app shows the subscription screen. Your sets stay on your iPhone and come back when you subscribe or restore.
Health and safety
CalfBoss records exercise you choose to do. It is not medical advice and not a medical device. Talk to a doctor before starting if you have any health condition or injury. A burning muscle is normal; pain in your heel or Achilles tendon means stop and rest. You exercise at your own risk.
What the app counts
Reps are the movements your iPhone's motion sensors detected. They are estimates, not certified full repetitions. You can edit any set in the app.
Your data
Your sets stay on your iPhone. The Privacy Policy explains what the app stores and what leaves your phone.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Price changes to an active subscription follow Apple's rules, including asking for your consent where required.
